TMS and CES Consultants Begin Washington Road Utility and Stormwater Outfall Improvements for the City of West Palm Beach
TMS has recently started providing public involvement services for our client CES Consultants on the Washington Road Utility and Stormwater Outfall Improvements project for the City of West Palm Beach. TMS will soon be informing residents, business owners and the public of proposed improvements and project updates. By engaging all key stakeholders, TMS is able to share timely information, listen and understand concerns and effectively address any issues. This project will replace the water and sewer systems in the historic districts of Prospect Park and Southland Park, originally constructed in the 1940s. Additionally, a positive stormwater system will be implemented to combat sea level rise in the area near our intracoastal waterway. We are proud to once again be working with CES Consultants and look forward to the completion of these City improvements.

Buck’s Corner, by Buck Merchant
Happy Mother’s Day, Mom! My Mom is the best Mom ever. I decided she was the one when we met at WPB College Game Day a few years ago. She is just crazy about me. I walk her each morning to make sure she gets enough exercise. When she looks like she needs a break from work, I take her out for a short walk around the block. If Mom is out, I help Aunt Beth and Aunt Kate take a breather. Although, I do have to work for my keep. I am in charge of guarding our house and office. Sometimes, I keep watch while laying on my back balanced against the wall, and other times I keep an eye out from my sofa. I am so good, I can even guard with my eyes closed. That lulls any bad guys into thinking that I am not paying attention. I even pretend that I am asleep by fake snoring. It is a lot of work taking care of humans, but my Mom is worth it!
