SAVE THE DATE: SUPPORT THE PRESERVE AT FISHERMAN’S WHARF ON APRIL 17 JUPITER TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

Team TMS continues to support our client Spear Management Group in pursuing The Preserve at Fisherman’s Wharf in the Town of Jupiter. The Preserve at Fisherman’s Wharf brings coastal style luxury condominiums and live/work townhomes right on the intracoastal waterway. It will be located next to The Water's Edge Estates, an existing neighborhood. The neighbors are very supportive of the development. The next step for The Preserve at Fisherman’s Wharf is to appear before the Jupiter Town Council on April 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at 210 Military Trail in Jupiter, Florida. Jupiter residents and business owners, your support is incredibly valuable. Please considering helping us by attending to express your support, and or writing a letter or email to the Town Council expressing your support. To our contractor friends, please come and show your support.  Sharon will happily provide a personal introduction to the project owners. If you need any additional information, please call Sharon at (561) 301-8930, email TMS or go to our website https://www.preserveatfishermanswharf.com

JOHNSON-DAVIS HARBOR ESTATES NORTH AND SOUTH ROADS PROJECT

TMS provided public involvement services for our client Johnson-Davis, Inc. on the North and South Roads Stormwater and Water Main Improvements project in the form of newsletters and social media. This enabled Johnson-Davis to provide updates to the Boynton Beach community on the movement of traffic and the project timeline. The majority of this project has been completed, including the laying of asphalt, new street curbs and improvements to a new water main system. Johnson-Davis is working with FP&L, AT&T, Comcast and the City of Boynton Beach to safely transfer service to the new electricity poles and complete this project.

SUPPORT HOME RULE – A MESSAGE FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LEAGUE OF CITIES EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RICHARD RADCLIFFE

SUPPORT HOME RULE – A MESSAGE FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LEAGUE OF CITIES EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RICHARD RADCLIFFE

During the last Legislative Session in Tallahassee, many State Senators and Representatives proposed laws that would preempt cities from tailoring policies to best suit their residents’ needs. Many in Tallahassee want to make dramatic changes so local governments would lose their ability to control the simplest of things: rights of way, landscaping, election dates, homeowners renting their properties in residential neighborhoods, to name a few. The Palm Beach County League of Cities is asking anyone who believes that their City should govern their neighborhood to read and sign a petition in support of Home Rule. The petition can be found on The Palm Beach County League of Cities website at, http://www.palmbeachcountyleagueofcities.com/. The League of Cities asks that you please be counted so we can maintain the American greatness of every hometown. For more information on Home Rule, please contact Richard Radcliffe at rradcliffe@pbcgov.org. - By Richard Radcliffe

    BUCK'S CORNER, BY BUCK MERCHANT

    BUCK'S CORNER, BY BUCK MERCHANT

I have fallen in LOVE!  Her name is Marissa.  Marrrrisssaaa…  Since I am five in dog years, that makes me about 35 in human years.  She is young and sweet and pretty and I am a letch!  I drool excessively when she is near me.  My Mom would have a cow if she thought there was any interspecies love affair going on, so please keep our little secret.  My Marissa is Aunt Michelle’s daughter (don’t tell her either).  Mom asked me to keep an eye on Aunt Michelle and Marissa while she is on vacation.  First, I was mad, then I saw HER.  Best spring break ever!  I am not sure my Marissa knows how I feel, but I sit next to her and put my paw on her leg.  Pretty racy, huh!  I think she LIKES me. She talks nice to me and tells me I am handsome.  I am handsome, but it sounds so much better from my Marissa… She sat on my couch and kept her hand on me while I slept.  I tried to stay awake, but, well, I am a dog after all.  I am not sure where this is going, but from now on, I will NOT BE MAD if Mom leaves without me – as long as it isn’t too long.  A dog still needs his Mom!
