CES- CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH WASHINGTON ROAD UTILITY AND STORMWATER OUTFALL IMPROVEMENTS
TMS is looking forward to working again with Bud Goblish and his team at CES. We will provide public involvement services to inform homeowners and receive their feedback. This project in the City of West Palm Beach involves stormwater and outfall improvements in the Historic Districts of Prospect Park and Southland Park. The work will include complete roadway and utility improvements on Washington Road, and stormwater outfalls to the Intracoastal Waterways in two phases, with Phase I to be completed by February 2020. TMS will create a Public Involvement Plan, a database, develop and maintain a website and social media platforms, create doorhangers and letters for the neighborhoods and stakeholders. We will inform them of changes and public meetings, facilitate the meetings, provide follow up information, and create collateral materials.
SCOTT MAXWELL FUNDRAISER
TMS recently hosted a campaign event for our friend Vice Mayor Scott Maxwell, City of Lake Worth. We wish him the best on the campaign trail and we hope it leads him to success on Election Day. As Scott's colleague Commissioner Omari Hardy stated, "Re-electing Scott is the most important thing for Lake Worth's future." Please give him your vote on March 13, 2018.

RE-ELECT MARK MULLINIX FOR NORTH PALM BEACH VILLAGE COUNCIL
We are happy to support our friend, Mark Mullinix for re-election to the North Palm Beach Village Council. He is a hard working, no nonsense, business man who has held the line on property taxes, worked with the community and experts to articulate the master plan vision, and finalized designs for the new clubhouse. He helped find the right new Village Manager who shares the vision for a vibrant North Palm Beach. Please give him your vote on March 13, 2018.

BUCK'S CORNER, BY BUCK MERCHANT
Hi! It’s me, Buck. You know, I thought I finally had Mom trained to bring me on trips. She went to Fort Benning without me. Those Army guys would have loved me. I could teach them a thing or two about guarding and sniffing out bad guys and I look good in fatigues. But no, I got left home. Good thing Uncle Mike was around to walk me. He needs the exercise, so I stepped up. Then Mom goes to Tallahassee to Aunt Alison and Uncle Charlie’s house. I Iove it there and Gramma Trudy just loves me! But no, I got left home again. Aunt Kathy took me to TMS so I could at least work a full day. She knows how to treat a dog. I ride the in back seat and pretend I am being chauffeured. Aunt Kathy LOVES me and always calls me a good boy. I am a good boy most of the time. My next trip is coming up soon. Mom is taking me to Gainesville to see the special vets there. She says that even though they are Gators, they seem pretty smart. I am a Seminole dog of course. All the good looking dogs are! That’s all for now.
