    ALL ABOUT YOU - INSPIRE, EMPOWER, ENTERTAIN

The 2nd Annual All About You, presented by Bridgestone Tires, The Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, and The Presser Law Firm, brought together a group of diversified women, fascinating speakers, and indulgent treatments. The silent auction benefitting Place of Hope, raised over $6,000 for the family based foster homes. All About You was co-sponsored by Jupiter and The Palm Beacher magazines, 97.9 WRMF, and Back in Motion. Adore’ Cosmetics and the Palm Beach Academy of Beauty provided facials, stylists and massages. Melissa Gannon and Sujata Uppal spoke on navigating life’s financial transitions, Lisette Crescimone of the Presser Law Firm provided unique insight to asset protection, Brenda Swanson gave tips and techniques for sculpting your body inside and out as well as reinventing your image, and Dr. Pearson of Back in Motion spoke on new and exciting advances in stem cell therapy. Lunch was emceed by Tracy St. George from 97.9 WRMF and Sunny 107.9. She introduced Amyleigh Atwater of Place of Hope, and Darlene Gray, Technical Specialist for Bridgestone Tires. Dr. Linda Kiley, Medical Director of Women’s Surgical Services at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, was the keynote speaker. The afternoon was completed by a titillating session with Dr. Maureen Whelihan, The Vine Post provided wine tastings and Tito Cosmos were served.

    PARSONS

    The Merchant Strategy is pleased to announce that the Parsons Transportation Group has been awarded the Turnpike Mainline Widening-Sawgrass to Glades design project by Florida's Turnpike. The Merchant Strategy Team is excited to be leading the Public Involvement effort on this project as a sub-consultant to the Parsons Transportation Group. The Merchant Strategy, celebrating 13 years of growth in the public involvement, government relations, public relations, marketing and event production industries, is a leader in many diversified markets with a focus on municipal and state construction and engineering projects.

    CES CONSULTANTS, INC.

    TMS hopes to soon be working with Bud Goblisch at CES Consultants, Inc., a full-service engineering firm founded in 2001 with a local office in West Palm Beach. A South Florida based MBE/SBE, CES provides professional engineering services to municipal and private sector clients. CES personnel have been involved in some of the largest infrastructure improvement projects in Florida. They have extensive experience in Civil Engineering, Water and Wastewater Design, Roadway, Grading and Drainage Design, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Program Management, Construction Management, Project Control, Cost Control, Estimating, Inspection Services, Permitting Services, QA/QC, Scheduling, and Owner Representation.

    CDM

    TMS is happy to be working with CDM Smith and Palm Beach County as part of their team providing Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey & Design Project Engineering Design and Construction Services for Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department. CDM Smith's Suzanne Mechler will be the project manager and TMS will be providing public involvement and social media services for the project.

    22nd Annual Lake Worth Street Painting Festival - February 20-21, 2016

    On Saturday and Sunday more than 600 artists will turn Lake Worth's Lake and Lucerne avenues into their personal canvas for the 22nd Annual Street Painting Festival, touted as the world’s largest by organizers. It’s estimated more than 100,000 people will attend, a far cry from the 7,000 people who came to the first festival in 1994 that was held on J, K, L and M streets.

    Everglades Day Festival - Saturday, February 20, 2016

    The Everglades Day Festival welcomes any age. Free admission will give you a full day of wildlife presentations, interactive games, guest speakers, conservation exhibits, demonstrations, canoeing, music, food trucks and of course… the chance to do a hike or two into a true natural wonder and a perfect venue for all to learn about the interesting mystery and history of the ecosystem's strange creatures, archaeology and more.

    The Honda Classic - February 22-28, 2016

    The 2015 Honda Classic brought the world's best PGA TOUR players to PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. Providing a week of exciting entertainment for the entire family from the Miami Dolphins Pro-Am, to live music pavilions and lounges, to final round action, this is surely a hole-in-one experience for players and fans alike. The 2016 Honda Classic player field will start their release on February 19, so be sure to check back for this years greats.
