Todd joined TMS with over three decades of County, State and Federal Government experience. Todd was a Former White House Advance Staff Member to both President George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush Administrations. He also completed an internship at the US Small Business Administration. Todd served as the Chief Legislative Aide to three members of the Florida Senate and a House member. He was the Government Relations Director for a State Agency before returning to local government. His past service includes being Executive Director of Palm Beach County Legislative Delegation and the Public Affairs Director for the Orange County Mayor, Orlando. Each of these positions required trust, strong communication and writing skills, deep understanding of databases, constituent service, public meetings and reliability.
Todd is a third generation Floridian, raised in Northeast Florida on a family cattle ranch. He was an active member of 4-H and later served 12 years on the State 4-H Foundation Board of Directors including a term as President. He was former Governor Jeb Bush’s appointee to the Florida Cancer Control and Research Board of Directors subsequently reappointed by Governor Charlie Crist. He served on Family Café Board of Directors and the Governor’s Summit on Disabilities.
